The siblings Lucinda, Mary Magdalena, and Catherine married the siblings Reuben, Adam and Jonas Loughner. The parents of Lucinda, Mary and Catherine are cousins so these three siblings are also 2nd cousins to each other.

The children of each couple are, of course, cousins, and also 3rd cousins (!) to the children of the other two couples. 3rd cousins because they share the same great grandparents: Philip Smith (1748-1824) and Catherine Rugh (1758-1828).

Mary Magdalena Kemerer (1834-1857) and John Paul Kemerer (1826-1907) were cousins. Mary Magdalena's niece Mary Ellen Loughner (1869-1957) married John's son Andrew Marshall Kemerer (1870-1949). Mary Ellen's father Jonas' first wife was Catherine Kemmerer who was Mary Magdalena's sister. (And so also John Paul's cousin.)
