    Katherine Groesbeck Dies Sunday at the Home of Daughter

    Katherine A. Groesbeck was born, March 8, 1847 in Linn township, Walworth county, Wis. and passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Snow, at Woodstock, Ill. on October 19, 1930, being 83 years, seven months and 11 days old.
    The deceased was married to Hosea J. Greene on July 4, 1886. To this union were born eight children, namely: Willis, of Alden; Mrs. Joe Morris, Harvard, Ill.; Garret, of Walworth, Wis.; Dan, of Beloit; John Albert, Wetonka, S. D.; Walter, Kenosha, Wis.; Mrs. Frank Stewart, Lake Geneva, Wis.; and Mrs. Frank Snow, Woodstock. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Two grandchildren and her husband preceded her in death.
    Funeral services were held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Snow on Tuesday afternoon, Rev. H. O. Gronseth, of Walworth, had charge of the services. Pall bearers were her six grandsons and burial was in the Linn Hebron cemetery.
