"… Caroline Marie, daughter of Captain Henry and Hannah (Collins) Sisson, of Newport, R. I. She was born at Warren, R. I., April 25, 1814, and was reared in the family of her uncle, Governor Charles Collins, of Newport, R. I. Judge Nye died at Marietta, Ohio, July 27, 1865. His widow removed to Brooklyn, N. Y., and died there January 20, 1901."
