    Will of"Caleb Cook of Swanzey ... Yeoman", dated 23 Oct 1787, proved 24 Feb 1789, names wife Provided Cook; son George Cook; son Zuriel Cook; son Simeon Cook; daughters Olive Curtis, Patience Curtis, Jemima Hewes and Elisebeth Cook. Wife Provided to be executor.
    18 Feb 1789: Provide Cook refuses executorship, requesting Roger Thompson.
    26 Feb 1789: Representation of Selectmen of Swanzey that George Cook is by conduct wholly unsuitable to be administration of his father.
