Mrs. Bulah L. Cook was born February 10, 1899, at Joaquin, Texas. She died at St. John's Hospital.
Mrs. Cook was a homemaker; she moved to Salina in 1978. She was a member of Bel Air Southern Baptist Church.
Survivors included her husband, Fred; a son, Ennis Fred Cook; two daughters, Mrs Datha Lee Cope and Mrs. Jacqueline Jean Thower; three brothers, Floyd Matheny, Johnson Matheny and Wesley Matheny; a sister, Mary Jo Matheny; 12 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
