1.Beulah J. Nix ,b. 9 Apr. 1902, DeKalb Co., Ala ,d. 11 Sep. 1999,__________(she was a resident of Crossville, Ala., when she died),bur.Mt. Pleasant Cem.,about four miles south of Crossville. She md. 2 May 1920, Crossville, Ala., to Bud Rogers Roden,1880-1971. They had two daughters: Hazel Wonease Roden who died as an infant,and Wanda Ruth Roden,who was living when her mother died and at that time she was still unmarried. I have information on Bud and Hazel.

Beulah J. Nix md. Bud Rogers Roden, b. 11 Mar 1880, DeKalb Co., Ala., d. 11 Apr 1971 ,Crossville, Ala., buried Mt. Pleasant Cem., about four miels south of Crossville, the son of Calvin Roden and Sarah Elizabeth Belcher . NOTE: Bud does not appear in the 1880 census with his parents, so I believe he was born later than 1880. The 1900 census lists a son Walter E. Rodenb. Mar 1883, who I believe to be Bud. (Check, I have a birth date of 11 March 1880 for Bud, check to insure that it is correct.) The census records for this family have proven difficult to reconcile with later family records in terms of names and birth dates. Beulah and Bud have two children:

1. Wanda Ruth Roden, b. 1934 .As far as I know she is still unmarried and living near Crossville. 2. Hazel Wonease Roden, b. and d. 10 Mar 1936, DeKalb Co., Ala., bur . Liberty Cem. , Aroney Community, DeKalb Co., Ala.
