    Brice J. Sterret, whose name appears, must have been a relative. He owned the section of land east of Maple street. He returned to Pennsylvania in 1820 and died there.

    The note does not agree with the Birth/Death entries. Not sure what to make of this yet. For now, I'll leave Brice with the family. More research needed.
