    Bonnie Jean Ice

    Services for Bonnie Jean Ice, 68, of Killeen will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home Chapel in Killeen with the Rev. Alvin Sutton officiating. Burial will follow at Killeen City Cemetery.

    Mrs. Ice died Tuesday at a local hospital.

    She was born March 18, 1930, in Joplin, Mo., and had lived in the Killeen area since 1971.

    Mrs. Ice was a housewife and a lifetime member of the ladies auxiliaries with the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3892 and the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 29, both in Harker Heights and a member of American Legion Post 223 in Killeen. She had held many positions in the local VFW and was in charge of publicity for District 14.

    Survivors include five sons, Darrell Gibbs, Michael Ice, Dennis Ice and Gregory Ice, all of Killeen, and Randell Gibbs of Akron, Ohio; a brother, Jerry Clemens of Tonganoxie, Kan.; and four grandchildren.
