Obituary

Betty, 91, died at 7:15 a.m., at St. Rita's Medical Center.

She was a daughter to Joseph and Cleo (Clawson) Louth. In Jun 1940, she married Edward Kennedy, who died Oct 31, 1962. In 1965, she married Elmer "Pat" Heitmeyer, who died in August 1987. On April 5, 1991, she married Walter Hoehn, who survives in Lima.

Also surviving are a daughter-in-law, Jan Kennedy, Lima; six stepsons, Robert (Dianne) Heitmeyer and Lawrence (Karen) Heitmeyer, both Fort Jennings, Edward (Marcy) Hoehn, Steven (Kathy) Hoehn and Michael Hoehn, all Ottoville, and Timothy (Chris) Hoehn, Glandorf; four stepdaughters, Ruth (Terry) Wannemacher, Ottoville, Linda (Randy) Schroeder, Mason, MI, and Diane (Terry) Lee and Mary (Darryl) Beggs, both Lima; twenty-seven stepgrandchildren and several stepgreat-grandchildren.

Deceased is a son, Timothy Edward Kennedy.

She was a graduate of Lima Central High School. She was a homemaker and had been a personnel supervisor at F.W. Woolworth. She was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church. She was a polka booster and a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 691, Wapakoneta. She enjoyed dancing, playing cards and working crossword puzzles. She and her husband, Walter, were known as "The Dancing Couple," as they danced 2 to 3 times a week.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Charles Catholic Church, with Fr. Steve Blum, officiating.
