Betty Eileen Keith Reymond, age 90, went home to be with Jesus on July 13, 2009, in Birmingham, Ala., where she had lived with her son for the past 10 years. She was a longtime resident of Minerva, O.

She was born Aug. 1, 1918, to Noah and Mona (Hilton) Keith near Uhrichsville, O. She and her husband Bill owned and operated the B and B Drive-In on East Lincoln Way in Minerva for over 15 years. She was a member of the Line Street Church of God before moving to Birmingham.

She was active in First Church of God Choir and Ladies Missionary Society. She was an assistant Sunday School teacher and nurses aide at Twin City Hospital in Dennison. She is survived by her sons, Gary G. (Linda) Reymond of North Canton, O., and Terry L. (Patti) Reymond of Birmingham, Ala.; grandchildren, Michael (Debbie) Reymond and Michelle (Jim) Reymond Grundy of Canton, O., and Rodney (Shirley) Reymond of Daytona Beach, Fla., Kimberly (David) Reymond Phillips of Greenville, S.C., Amy (Luke) Reymond Bragg of Carthage, Mo., and Angela (Josh) Reymond Barlow of Pensacola, Fla.; and seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jean (Ed) Cochran of Tuscarawas, Shirley Kleski of Gnadenhutten, and a brother, Harry Metzger of Tuscarawas, O.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, William H. Reymond, in 1991; sister Hilda Johnson of Tuscarawas; and daughter-in-law Alice Reymond.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, July 17, 2009, at Bartley Funeral Home at Minerva with Rev. Fredrick Bays officiating. Calling hours will be Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to WGIB Ministries, Glen Iris Baptist Church, 1137 South 10 Place, Birmingham, Ala. 35205.
