[under "Mt. Hermon News" section dated 12 Sept 1926] Mrs. Bethania Brock wife of Seymore Brock and daughter of Mrs. Wm. Simmons of Mt. Hermon, died at her home near Warnerton, last Wednesday and was buried in the cemetery at Bogue Chitto church last Thursday, Rev. W. F. Hutson assisted by Rev. Gunn conducted the funeral. The deceased was 47 years old, she was born and raised near Mt. Hermon. She is survived by a husband, seven children, a mother, Mrs. Lizzie Simmons, two sisters and three brothers. She joined the Bogue Chitto Baptist church when quite young, and lived a consistent Christian. To the bereaved ones we offer our sincere sympathy.
