B.Webb,of Maloga, by his will dated 1st June 1892, and codicil 2nd May, 1894, appointed his son Frederick Webb, Francis Grant Hercus, of Maloga, and Joseph Mitchell Roberts, of Mitchell Park, Jarklan (renounced), executors. He bequeathed to his wife, £100, and his real and personal estate to his sons Albert Telford Webb, Frederick Webb and William Webb equally, subject to the payment of the follow ing legacies; to his eldest daughter Alice Eliza beth, £50; and to his daughters Caroline Noyce,Maria Ruby, and Bertha Ford £100 each and to his daughter, Isabella Anna Mellor, £50, payable at marriage or on attaining the age of 21 years. From the share of his son Albert Telford is tobe deducted the value of his selection of 40 acres in the Terricks State Forest. The share of his eldest daughter is less than her sisters' on account of testator's having assisted her to obtain a selection in the Terricks State Forest. Testator died 25th December, 1894, and the estate is sworn at £1,440 real and £283 personal; total £1,723.
