Bertha was a Schoolteacher in the Eastern Academy / Eastern Christian School Association at North 4th Street Elementary School, Paterson NJ. Member of Northside Christian Reformed Church. May be confused with another Bertha Rozema of a similar age also from Clifton, NJ - they were cousins. The Bertha who married Klaas and born in 1909 was definitely the daughter of Gerrit Rozema. The two Berthas have been confused by two genealogy sites now. - Bertha's grandson, Steven P. Fridsma, confirmed by his mother, Joan Elizabeth Pruiksma (Fridsma, Houskamp)
