Beriah Ware [#13], s/o Nathaniel WAre [#3] and Mary "Wheelak", b. Wrentham 7 Nov 1704, d. Wrentham 17 Feb 1756 [see following comment], m. 5 Jan 1731-2 Hannah Heaton. [Note that death record in VRs is written as if day of month not specified, i.e., it is "Feb. 17--" which indicates 17 is part of the year, not "Feb. 17, ----" which would show that 17 is the date. Find A Grave says "No stone" and has no picture.]

Gen't Being very Sick and weak in Body", dated 5 Nov 1755, proved 2 Apr 1756, names wife Hannah ["my Negro man Pomp"]; son Beriah {under 21]; daughter Abigail Ware; daughters Hannah Ware Margret Ware and Unity Ware; son Pelatiah Ware. Wife and son Pelatiah to be executors. 3 Apr 1756: Inventory of Beriah Ware of Wrentham Gentleman Deceased: £428-13-6, by Ebenezer Fisher, Joseph Ware, John Metcalf. 28 Mar 1760: Account of Hannah Ware Exec'x of her late Husband Beriah Ware deceased, allowed. 29 Aug 1760: further account allowed.
