This record and a few other WV census records say Benjamin Aaron Winn was born 1870. However, this is impossible, as he and twin Emma were 8/12 of a year old, having been born in November, when the 1870 Census enumerator visited them on 12 Jul., 1870 in Elizabethtiwn, Indian Creek Twp., Monroe Co., MO.

The birth year is clearly off. He was born in 1869.
