13 Feb 1754: Agreement between Benjamen Ide son of Benjamen Ide of Atelborogh Late decesed and Timothy Ide and Oliver Ide both sons and John Hoppen of Cumberland in the Colony of Rhode Island and Elizabeth his wife who is daughter of ye s'd decesed and Moses Tyler of Atelborough and Patience Tyler his wife who is also daughter and John Ide Juner of Atelboroough and Mary his wife also dafter over parts of estate to be divided among all the children and the estate which Elizebeth Ide widdow died seized of, she dying intestate. Nothing to Nicholas Ide the eldest son because he has given us all his right in said estate, and Oliver Ide is now under 21.
