    Will of "Benjamin Hoyt of Salisbury ...being sickly & weakly", dated 27 Dec 1748, proved 6 Feb 1748/49, names children of son Benjamin Hoyt Dec'd [grandson John Hoyt double share]; son Moses Hoyt; son Daniel Hoyt; wife Hannah; daughter Hannah [Merrill? Morill?]; two sons Enoch Hoyt and Joseph Hoyt. Enoch and Joseph to be executors.
    6 May 1749: Inventory of Benjamin Hoyt Late of Salisbury dec'd: not totaled, by Caleb Cushing Jun'r, Moses Merrill, John Merrill.
