    23. Benjamin Howe was born 5 of 8 Jan., 1687-8. He married in Topsfield, 6 Dec., 1711 (1710. CR), Alice Bridges. They joined the Topsfield church 28 April, 1717. He settled his sister Lydia's estate. They removed to Sutton, Mass., in 1738.

    "November 5 [1738]. Benjamin How and Alice his wife (according to their desire) were dismissed and recommended by ye Church of Christ in Topsfield to ye Christian watch and holy Communion of the Church of Christ in Sutton."
