Obituary Reproted by Geo. E. VanDyke, undertker, Ansonia, Ohio. Benjamine Hittle was born May, 3rd, 1813, in Lehigh county, Pa., died, May 12th, 1885, aged 72 years and 9 days. he came to Darke County in January 1839, and in the same month and year was mariied to Miss pollie Riegle, who with their family of twelve chidlren survice him. he was a constant christian, and member of the Evengelical association for over 56 years. funeral services were held from the German Evangelical Chuch near Lightsville, Thursday, may 14th, conducted by J. Miller, in German, and Tobias Heistand in English.
