Hill. The deed, made by Wm. Hill, father of Benjamin, who stated Ellis 'his (Starkey's) Grandson.' There were two Benjamin Hills' of Chester County. One Benjamin HIll witnessed a deed dated 1813 for Wm. Hill, Jr......Also field no. 29, Pkg. number 450, dated 1834, lists a deceased Benjamin Hill's Will. File No. 94, pkg. no 1513, Chester County, S. C., probated 1848, shows three children of a Benjamin Hill - Susannah, Francis and Margaret..."
