    25 May 1741: Bond of Sarah Floyd widow of Medford, Samuel Floyd & Hugh Floyd both yeoman, in the County of Suffolk, as administrators of the Estate of Bnejamin Floyd late of s'd Medford Dece'd Intestate.
    8 Jun 1741: Apprisement upon the Estate of the late Mr Benj'a Floyd of Medford: personal £142-7-0; real: £1270-0-0, by Thomas Pratt, Tho's Wayte Tert (3d?).
    11 Dec 1749: Bond of Samuel Flood & Hugh Flood [sic] both of Chelsea yeomen as administrators of the Estate of their Brother Benjamin Floid late of Medford to sell real estate.
    [The file includes a deed, dated 13 Jan 1725/6, from Ensign Hugh ffloyd of rumny marsh to his son Benjamin Floyd for 20 acres in Rumny Marsh. Also, one dated 26 Apr 1722, from Ebenezer Webster of kingstown in ye province of Newhamsher to Benj'an Floyd of Boston for 25 acres in Kingstown.]
