DAVIS, Benjamin, twin s. Amos and Rebeckah, Nov. 10, 1746.
[Note there is also recorded a baptism of Benjamin on 19 Oct 1746 which suggests one or the other date is incorrect. 10 Nov is used because Benjamin's twin is recorded 11 Nov. Note that the twin has no baptism listed. If the twin had no baptism because she died too soon, since the two twins were recorded on different dates, both in November, perhaps there is less chance of recording the month incorrectly twice than compared to the apparent single baptism recording? If the baptism of the twin is not recorded because it follows normal rules, then it, unlike Benjamin's baptism, is after 11 Nov, and would signal Benjamin's baptism is incorrect. So, by this analysis, either the baptism is wrong, or at best, is slightly more likely to be wrong. Since Benjamin died young, it is not a matter of great significance.]
