Barbara Zierolf

Fostoria -- Barbara R Zierolf, 83, formerly of Carey, died at 7:45 a.m. Fr iday, Dec. 13, 2002 at Good Shepherd Home, Fostoria.

She was born Nov. 22, 1919 in Sandusky to Robert W and Adeline R (Remlinge r) Exline. She married Wm R Zierolf on Jan. 24, 1942, and he died July 1 7, 1966.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Gerald (Sandra) King, Fostoria; Mrs. R ichard (Zoe) Mitchell, Clarksville, Tenn.; Mrs. Keith (Prudence) Prescot t, Carey; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Zierolf was a homemaker, and was a secretary at the former Zierolf In surance Agency, Carey.

She was a member of Basilica of Our Lady of Consolation, Carey, and its Ro sary Altar Society; and Carey Women's Club.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Edw ard's Catholic Church (Original Shrine), Carey, the Rev. Arthur Young , O FM Conv, officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Carey.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Sunday at Stombaugh-Batton F uneral Home, Carey, where a rosary service will be held at 8 p.m.

Memorials may be made to Our Lady of Consolation School in care of the fun eral home, 225 W Findlay St, Carey, 43316-1169.
