Obituary
Mahoning Dispatch, Fri, 29 Jan 1926
"Mrs. Barbara A. Rotzel, wife of H. L. Rotzel, died at her home here last Friday evening. She was born in Green township Oct. 2, 1851, a daughter of Nathan and Mary Callahan, early settlers of this township, and all her life was spent in this immediate neighborhood. She was a faithful member of the Lutheran church and a woman held in high regard. Surviving besides her husband are six children, Willis and Warren Rotzel, Greenford; Homer Rotzel, Salem; John W. Rotzel, Youngstown; Mrs. Mary Harding Conotton; Mrs. Edna Snyder, at home; also one brother, Clark Callahan, Van Wert. Funeral services held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home were conducted by Rev. W. J. Kratz of Youngstown. Burial was in the Lutheran cemetery."
