I Athulustan Savage of Caersws, in the Parish of Llanwnog, in the County of Montgomery and Diocese of Bangor -- being in perfect Mind, Memory and Understanding -- Thanks be to God for the Same -- do make this my last Will and Testament, in Manner and Form following, That is to say --
First I order my Executor herein after named to pay all my Debts, and Funeral Expences
Also I give and bequeath unto my Son Edward Savage the Sum of Five Pounds the same to be paid unto him by my Executor within the Space or Term of twelve Months next after my Decease
I likewise give and bequeath unto my Son John Savage the Sum of Fifty Pounds the same to be paid unto him by my Executor within the Space or Term of Twelve Months next after my Decease -- I likewise give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Savage the sum of Fifty Pounds, together with a Bed stead, Bed, Bed-cloaths, and any proper Furniture belonging to the Same, the whole to be paid and delivered unto her by my Executor within the said Term of Twelve Months next after my Decease
I likewise give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Savage the Sum of Fifty Pounds, together with a Bed stead, Bed, and Furniture as aforesaid, together also with my [*] proper there-fore to be paid and delivered unto her by my Executor within the Term or Space of Twelve Months next after my decease
I Likewise give and bequeath unto my Son-in-law Thomas Hall of Newtown the Sum of one shilling, the same to be paid unto him by my Executor within twelve Months next after my Decease
I likewise give and bequeath unto Esther my beloved Wife the Sum of Fifteen Pounds a year, yearly and every year, during the Term of her natural Life The same to be paid unto her by my Executor by two equal half yearly payments
All the Rest Residue, and Remainder of my Goods, Chattels and Credits, Money Bills, and Bonds, together with my Houses Buildings, Lands, and Hereditaments, and all which belongs or appertains to me, by Claim or Title, I give, demise [sic] and bequeath unto my Son Athelustan Savage, to him and his Heirs, and Assigns for ever and I do likewise nominate and appoint my said Son Athelustan Savage, to be sole Executor of this my last will and Testament, and I do make void and disannul all other Wills, made by me as heretofore and allow this to be my only and last Will and Testament In witness to the Same I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal, this twelfth Day of June, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fourteen 1814.

On the fourth Day of June in the year of our Lord 1814 the above written Will was proved approved and in the Common form of Law decreed valid and administration granted to the above named Executor Athelustan Savage he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in Value to two hundred Pounds before me John Davies Sur.
