-24 Apr 1792 Rufus Hawkins conveyed to Jonathan, Nathaniel, and Asa Sprague, Asa representing his deceased father Benjamin Sprague, Jr.'s estate, property that came to him from his father and mother, Edward and Alice Hawkins, which property descended to said Alice from her late grandfather Benjamin Sprague, Sr.'s estate in Cranston (vol. 200, p. 149)
-24 Apr 1792 Nathaniel and Asa Sprague, and Elizabeth, widow of Benjamin Sprague, Jr., conveyed to Jonathan Sprague; Nathaniel's wife Mary and Asa's wife Rhobe signing the deed (vol. 200, p. 157)
