1910 US Census Arthur was 24 years of age, and lived with his parents, William A (55) and Harriet E.(45) He was married to Ethel M., age 29, he was a bookkeeper for a Corset Company. William was a laborer in a lumber yard.

1920 US CENSUS Arthur, age 34, and his wife, Ethel, 38, lived on Douglas Avenue, Kalamazoo. Arthur was an accountant for a Corset Factory. He and both his parents were born in Michigan. 1930 US CENSUS Arthur, age 44, and his wife, Ethel M., age 49, still lived on Dogulas Avenue. His house was valued at $6,000.00 and he was still employed as an accountant for a Corset Company. The census shows his father was born in Michigan, but his mother was born in New York. Ethel's father was born in Michigan and her motoher in Pennsylvannia.
