Obituary

ARCHIE DON ALLEN

   Archie Don Allen, age 21 years, 2 months and 15 days, died Wednesday, Jan. 26 1927 at the home of parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Allen of Forest Home Township, from typhoid fever after an illness of several months.
  He was born Nov. 11, 1905 in Forest Home Township and had been a resident of Antrim Co. all his life except when employed in Flint for a few months at a time during the last four years.
   On October 28th, 1924, he was married to Olive Hosler at East Jordan, Mich.  He leaves his wife and small daughter, Gloria Maxine; his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Allen; an aged grandmother, Mrs. Fanny Allen, of Columbus Ohio; an aunt, Mrs. Wm. Sampson, of Bellaire, and two uncles, Loyd and Roy Echardt, of Central Lake.
   Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 29th, 1927, at 2 P. M., from the home of his parents.  Rev. A. L. Alland officiating.  Burial was in Southern Cemetery, Central Lake.
