↑ This birth estimate is a guess to fit him into a space between siblings, but since Susan is likewise estimated their birth order could possibly reverse. In agreement with Source:Tilden, William S. History of the Town of Medfield, Massachusetts, 1650-1886, p. 393, these two children are put into the 10-year gap before Bela, but that source does not make any estimate of the actual birth years. No age at death, gravestone, or probate has been located. Source:Adams, Andrew N. Genealogical History of Henry Adams, of Braintree, Mass., and His Descendants, p. 329, shows a birth date of 26 Dec 1777 but no such record is found, and parts of this source's presentation on this family is confused.
