Children of Samuel Payson and Mary Phillips: 11) Hannah, b. 12 Jan 1711, m. 19 Jun 1729 Jas. Jefts.
[Note: the last two daughters born are Anne and Hannah. Only Anne is named in the father's will, dated 1721, order indicating she is the youngest surviving daughter. Anna and Hannah are often interchangable and this source appears to assumed that. It does not even list Anne in the family even though her birth and baptism are both on record. However the name used in the marriage record and birth of her children is Anne, and the age at death matches the birth of Anne. So clearly, these are two distinct children, and it was Anne who m. Jas. Jefts, while Hannah died young.]
