    'In Memory of Anne, wife of Nicholas C. Northup, Esq, who died July 4 1807, aged 47 years.'

    Age 47 would put her birth date as 4 Nov 1759, but that is too close to William's (probable) birth date in Jul 1760. With Samuel born about 1754 or 1755, there was room for Ann to be born a bit earlier than 1759. (It is less likely that William was born after 1760, as he was ordained a pastor in 1782.)
