Andrew Nichols of Hopkinton, yeoman, & Lydia his wife, George Nichols of Hopkinton, yeoman, & Charlotte his wife, and John Nichols of Hopkinton, yeoman; and Matthew Stillman of Hopkinton, yeoman, & Elisabeth his wife; and Elizabeth Nichols, widow of David Nichols Esq. deceased; Whereas David Nichols late of Richmond, yeoman, deceased in his last will among other devises gave to his son David Nichols late of Hopkinton Esq. deceased and to his son Joseph Nichols of Richmond, cordwinder, certain land. The land of said David Nichols Esq. deceased was to descend to his children being 12 in number. Now know ye that we said: Andrew Nichols, George Nichols, John Nichols, Mathew & Elizabeth his wife in right of said Elisabeth being 4 of the children of said David Nichols Esq. deceased.
