    Andrew, b. Abington 22 Jan. 1787; d. Dover Twp., Cuyahoga Co., Ohio 6 May 1872; mar. Windsor 18 May 1818 to Susannah Marshall Allen, dau. of Zebulon Allen and Priscella Atwood, b. Windsor 29 Nov. 1795; d. Dover Twp., 13 Apr. 1852; she is descended from Richard Warren of the "Mayflower"; mar. second Cuyahoga Co. 6 Oct. 1852 to Electa Barnes, b. Conn. ca. 1795-6; d. Dover Twp., 30 Dec. 1863. All three are buried in Evergreen Cem., Dover Twp.

    Andrew was a farmer and was dismissed from the Windsor Congregational Church 3 Sept. 1836. He moved to Ohio with a team of oxen and was living in Dover Twp., by 8 Oct. 1836 when he bought land there. He also purchased land in Dover in Dec. 1836 and in Nov. 1838, some of which he deeded to his son, Allen, June 1843, and some to his son, Newell, Aug. 1854 and July 1870. Children were all by Andrew's first wife and were recorded in Windsor Vital Records except for #9 Newell Ford... see page 36 for list of children.
