Hi, I was just browsing through rootsweb abd saw your entry on Ida (Alexander) Profitt. She was a sister to my grandfather, Andrew Jackson Alexander, whose mother was Nancy Bryson. We have not been able to find much on the Alexander side, so I am looking forward to learning more about them from what you have compiled; thank you!

I do have one correction, and that is that my grandfather Andrew Jackson Alexander married Cora Dowdy, not Cira Dewey as you have listed. Cora was my paternal grandmother. If you'd like more on her, please let me know and I will send you a link to my ancestry. Sincerely, Laura (Alexander) Spreeman
