    Will of Amos Hyde of Newton ... yeoman - Being weak in Body", dated 14 Nov 1808, proved 15 Dec 1808, names son Benjamin, son Charles [land which belonged to my brother Moses Hyde], daughter Susannah Hyde. Samuel Murdock Esqr to be executor.
    14 Dec 1808: "We the Subscribers heirs at law of the Estate of Mr Amos Hyde late of Newton ... Certify that we are satisfied with the last will...". Signed Benjaman Hyde, Charles Hyde, Susannah Hyde.
