    BOSSIER CITY, LA - Funeral services for Amelia B. Loughner, 70, will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3, 2003 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Mark Franklin of St. Jude Catholic Church officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, 2003 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home.

    Mrs. Loughner entered into rest Sept. 30, 2003 at Willis-Knighton Bossier after a lengthy illness. She was a homemaker and a resident of Bossier City for most of her life.

    She was preceded in death by her parents, Americo and Lena Bernardi; and a sister Vallie Reginelli.

    Survivors include her husband of forty-nine years, Frederick L. Loughner, Sr.; two daughters, Linda Morgan and husband, Sean of Bossier City, LA; Susan Lester and husband, Mark of Atlanta, GA; three sons, Frederick L. Loughner, Jr. of Haughton, LA: Mike Loughner and wife, Debbie of Keatchie, LA; James Loughner and wife, Erin of Allison Park, PA; two sisters, Stella Signa of Greenville, MS; Louise Bassi of Leland, MS; one brother, John Bernardi of Greenville, MS; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

    Pallbearers will be James Loughner, Mike Loughner, Fred Loughner, Jr.; Sean Morgan, Marvin Kirby, and Mark Lester.
