Alvira Barsheba Baily was born April 22, 1860 in Fountain Co. and on December 23, 1874 in that County she married Napoleon Bonepart Butt who was born in May 1853, the son of John and Margaret (Trinkle) Butt. Alvira passed away in 1935 and Napoleon on September 7, 1922 and both were laid to rest in Rose Hill Cemetery. I had a lot of visits with one of Alvira's daughters, Ruby Bunnell. We used to talk on the phone for a long time and then later she went to a Nursing Home where she is now, so some of the information was given me by her and a lot I did research for her so therefore I have more information than on some of the other families. They were the parents of ten children:
