Charlotte McIlheran, born on October 27, 1929, was called home on Friday March 7, 2014 at the age of 84.
Charlotte was a true Southern Belle who loved to travel, paint, dance, sing, and entertain. She and her sister Carol were great at harmonizing and the family could always expect a tune at gatherings in perfect pitch.
After college Charlotte worked for Trinity University in the Athletic department as an administrative assistant and later at the Green Light Company where she met her late husband Milo McIlheran.
Charlotte was a member of the DAR and a member of the Boysville Auxiliary where she volunteered her time and energy assisting in the Auxiliary programs.
She is preceded by her late husband, Milo McIlheran; parents, Albert Gallatin Lobdell and Alma Fuqua Lobdell.
She is survived by her son, Albert Satterfield; daughter in law, Pamela Satterfield; grandchildren, Ashley Satterfield, Alexandria Satterfield, Allison Satterfield, Ryan Satterfield, Katie Satterfield; sister, Carol Schreiber; brother-in-law, Max Schreiber; and many nieces, a nephew and cousins.
