Trenton, N.J. Quit claim 5-10-1736. "Whereas George Morris of Mansfield in the county of Burlington, yeoman, intermarried with Alice Beck, widow and relict of John Beck, late of Mansfield, aforesaid, yeoman, deceased, to the hands of which said Alice and George came cerain lands and testaments, goods and chatterls of the said deceased, and whereas the said Alice is since dead and John Beck, eldest son, heir at law, of the said John Beck, hath attained his age of 21 years, now know all men by these presents-release and quit claim to George Morris.

Hutchinson Mss. by Charles R. Hutchinson. Bk, 4, p. 219-220. "Henry Beck.. married in 1691, Alice Rawood, the step daughter of William Black (see p. 216) by her he had James, Roweth, and John. By a second wife, whose name was Ann, he had a son Godfrey, and a daughter, Sarah.".

According to Consuelo Furman of New York City, N.Y. professional gen. and working on Taylor line, Alice Raworth was the daughter of Alice Taylor (who was sister of Samuel Taylor) by a former marriage. Alice (Taylor) Raworth, married 2nd William Black. Alice Taylor came from parish of Dore, Yorkshire, Eng. and her parents were John Taylor and Catherine Bate.

Burlington Court Book (Rec. of Quaker Jurisprudence 1680-1709) ed. by Miller and Reed. p. 123: Henry Beck and Alice Rawood presented before the court on May 8th 1691 for committing fornication. Alice Rawood mentioned as being daughter-in-law of William Black.
