In her father's 1971 probate file her name is ___lla M. Myers and she is living in Plainfield Twp Kent Co Michigan.

By 1900, four children had been born and were alive, and son John is living with her. In 1910, her sons William and John Myers are living with them, although their last names are not listed as Myers.

  6. ↑ It is an assumption that this is Alice Edgerton. A death record could not be found in Kent County. Her niece, Mary Walker Cool, lived in Barry County in 1920, 1930 & died there in 1945. The person in this record lived in the County Poor Farm and at death was 77y 2m 7days old, which calculates to 14 Sept 1850, which agrees with Alice Edgerton's birth in the 1900 census.
