   COURT: Prince George County: John Nevitt on march 16, 1793 John Lovejoy
   (uncle) is recorded in Liber JRM, No. 1, Folio 518, Prince George Co, as
   recording his right to a tract of land known as Gautts Levels, containing fifty
   acres to John Nevitt. The indenture reads in part, "Between John Lovejoy...and
   John Lovejoy, son of Alexander Lovejoy, alias John Nevitt or whatsoever name he
   is called designated or known by...that whereas the said Alexander Lovejoy d.
   intestate and the said John Lovejoy as one of his brothers became heir at law
   to a part of his, the said Alexander's real property, and being willing and
   desirous that the said John Lovejoy, alias John Nevitt, should be possessed of
   said land...hath granted unto the said John Lovejoy, alias John Nevitt, all his
