Sgt Albert E. Isbell, Jr. died of his wounds sustained in Germany, near the Rur river. He was wounded while attacking along the Geronswiler/Linnich Road.
He enlisted at Camp Forrest, Tullahoma, Tennessee on 31 Oct 1942 as a Private. He completed 4 years of high school and was single without dependents.
