DARLING Rev. Alan Darling, age 90, of Knoxville, TN, died at his home, January 11, 2002. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Anna Schumann Darling, Knoxville, TN; two sons, Charles Darling and his wife Marylynn, Tolland, CT, and William Darling and his wife Chris Ozbun, Wynnewood, PA; two daughters, Mary Darling, St. Paul, MN, and Ruth Darling and her husband Michael Capps, Knoxville, TN; a sister, Fern Coleman, three half brothers, Freeman, Marlin and Earl Wanless; three grandsons, John, Jeffrey and Jonathan and nieces and nephews. Friends may attend a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the Girard Presbyterian Church, 260 East Main Street, Girard. A reception will follow. Private burial in Girard Cemetery. Local arrangements entrusted to the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main Street, Girard. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Association, 6725 Lyons Street, P.O.
