Her name is also sometimes spelled Ailsey/Alicey/Elsy.
She married Henry Bush in Harrison County, VA (present-day WV) on April 16, 1804. She was the first of the three wives of Henry Bush. Her headstone inscription reads "First Wife of H. Bush." She is buried next to Henry. His other two wives are also buried with him.
The date of death given in the inscription is Dec. 20, 1816, but her son George W. was born Dec. 17, 1817, according to his own marker inscription.
