Agnes Rita Shultz Agnes Rita Shultz, 85, 109 Gross St., Tiffin, died at 8:55 p.m. Monday, Ju ly 28, 2003, at her residence. She was born March 1, 1918, in Ottawa CO OH, to the late Peter and Margar et (Henz) Sloma. Her husband, Earl J Shultz, whom she married June 4, 194 2, at Camp Claiborne, La., survives. Other survivors include: a son, Kenneth (Penny) Martin-Shultz of Brookl yn Heights OH; a daughter, Patricia A Hohman of Kenton, nine grandchildre n, Kathleen, Elizabeth, Fredrick and Russell Martin-Shultz, Matthew and Jo nathan Hohman, Bethany Metter, Benjamin and Amanda Hohman; three great-gra ndchildren, Kimberly, Alexander and Christina Hohman; two step great-grand children, Kylie and Brittney Metter; and a sister, Margaret O Smith of Tif fin. Two brothers, Arthur and Clarence Sloma; and four sisters, Irene Sloma, Fr ances Reiter, Catherine Wilhelm and Sister Mary Leota, SND, also are decea sed. Mrs. Shultz retired after 32 years as a beautician, owning her own shop. S he was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin, its Rosary Altar So ciety and the Daughters of Isabella. She also enjoyed bowling. A funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1, 2003, in St. Joseph Cathol ic Church, with the Rev. James K Say officiating. A rosary will be recit ed in church 15 minutes prior to the funeral Mass. Burial will be in St. J oseph Cemetery. A funeral luncheon will follow the cemetery service in t he Upper Room of St. Joseph's Activity Center. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Socie ty, Community Hospice Care, F.A.C.T, St. Joseph School Library or for Mass es at St. Joseph Church, in care of Hannay-Traunero Funeral Home, 214 S Mo nroe St., Tiffin OH 44883 (419) 447-3113.
