6. Adam COOK (Michael2, Michael1 KOCH) was born in transit onboard ship between Germany and America about 1732. [Note: s/b Virginia, as parents had migrated there by abt. 1717].
He married Barbara FLEISCHMANN. Barbara is the daughter of
Johann FLEISCHMANN and Mary BROYLES. Adams Children are taken
from Our Families by Larry G. Shuck.
Adam COOK and Barbara FLEISCHMANN had the following
children:
7 i. Barbara COOK.
8 ii. Margaret COOK.
+ 9 iii. Peter COOK.
+ 10 iv. Adam COOK.
+ 11 v. Elizabeth COOK.
12 vi. Catherine COOK. She married twice. She married
? BOEHM. She married John Michael SMITH.
13 vii. Frederick COOK was born about 1760.
+ 14 viii. Daniel COOK was born about 1763.
15 ix. George COOK was born about 1764.
+ 16 x. John COOK was born about 1765.
17 xi. Ephraim COOK was born about 1780. He married
Jemima FLEISCHMANN in Madison, Virginia, December
4, 1800. Were living in Madison Co., Virginia in
1819 and in Monroe Co., Virginia (W.V.) in 1830.
Census indicates that they had no children. They
moved to Ohio in 1843.
