    BRIGGS, Adaline G., w. Moses, [died] Sept. 18 [17 ?], 1849, a. 43 [48 ?], GS2] Dysentery.
[Note: clearly the age 43 is correct and is what the gravestone says. Unfortunately, the format of this record makes it ambiguous where the various items came from, i.e., the word Dysentery is not on the gravestone, one would think the plain text is a town record, and the question marks are from the gravestone. But the gravestone does not say 48 which has a question mark but does say 17 which has a question mark. Is all this confusion a question of how to read the gravestone?]
