- ↑ Source:Allred, Marilyn. Town of Warwick, Franklin County, Massachusetts, Genealogical Records 1739-1900, Births, Marriages,, p. 282, calls the husband of Catherine Hill "a possible son of Jonas Warren & Hannah Forbush, b. 27 Mar 1763, Upton, Ma." One would suspect this Abner is actually the one who m. in Upton (int.) 1785 Hephsibah Jackson, and had several children there in Upton. The marriage record of Catherine Hill, however, calls her husband of Westborough, where they had several children, and the age at death from his gravestone in Westborough, places his birth closer to 1760, matching the birth of the son of Timothy that is found in Westborough. Two deeds suggest the same thing, i.e., Worcester Deed Vol. 107, p. 483 where Timothy conveys one third (called one half of a remaining two thirds) of his property to Abner of Westborough in 1786, followed by Vol. 133, p. 513 where Timothy (with wife Rebecca) and John (with wife Anna, apparently the son of Timothy) convey the other third to Abner of Westborough in 1795. The second deed is explicitly mentioned as being part of the property sold by the children and widow of Abner (which is cited on his marriage page).
