  3.   Normally, one might think there were two daughters named Abigail. This is the only baptism listed, meaning it is the only one that wasn't within a year of birth (presumably all children were baptized if one was.) Nor were other siblings baptized on the same day as sometimes happens when families first join a church. So it is not clear why the baptism was delayed until she was 5, especially since one would assume her sister Hannah was baptized in 1690. However, the death record in 1723 corresponds to a birth in 1687, and there is no death record for any Abigail inbetween 1687 and 1692, so it appears both are the same person. Ironically, Source:Gage, George N. Record of Pierce Gage and His Descendants and some other sources, do not even show either Abigail, but for a better source, see NEHGR, p. 62:255.
