-2 Aug 1746 Job Tripp of North Kingstown appointed Guardian of Samuel & Able Tanner Orfens to Benjamin Tanner late of Exeter deceased. The account of Henry Greene & Abigail his wife amounting to £69:10:01 being for boarding & clothing Samuel & Able Tanner allowed & to be paid out of the estate of the sd Benjamin Tanner.
-11 Nov 1760 Abel Tanner appeared & desired Letter of Admin. on Estate of his brother Samuel Tanner which by law he as a right his brother being missing the term by law prescribed.
